Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that supports harmony between body, mind, and emotional well-being.
Through light hands-on or hands-above touch, the body is invited into a state of deep rest. When the nervous system feels safe enough to soften, something begins to reorganise from within. Reiki does not force or direct. It creates the conditions for balance.
Over the years, I have seen Reiki support people in many ways. Patients often report:
• A deep reduction of stress and inner tension
• Better sleep and a calmer nervous system
• Relief from emotional overwhelm
• Support during recovery from illness or surgery
• Easing of chronic fatigue or persistent discomfort
• A sense of grounding, clarity, and renewed vitality
Reiki can be especially supportive during periods of transition, grief, burnout, medical treatment, or life changes when the system feels overloaded or depleted.
Reiki sessions may also incorporate therapeutic sound through crystal singing bowls. The subtle vibration supports nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and energetic integration, allowing the body to settle into a state of safety and receptivity
Each session offers a quiet, held space to reconnect inwardly. Some people feel warmth, subtle movement, or emotional release. Others simply experience a profound calm.
Gentle and non-invasive, Reiki is fully compatible with medical or paramedical care. It supports holistic well-being but is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.
Sessions may be reimbursed depending on your complementary insurance.
