Come gather in our warm, monthly workshops.

Intimate spaces to release what weighs on you, share openly, and weave real connections with others. Past themes like Stress Relief, Resilience & Balance and Gratitude & Connection have been transformative, with exciting new ones blooming each month.

Here, you can find a gentle haven to navigate stress, pain, trauma, or life’s pivots through heartfelt sharing, sprinkled with easy tools for soothing your nervous system and reclaiming inner calm.

We circle up one evening monthly, from 6:30pm till 8:00pm, keeping it small and sacred.

CHF 50 per person, limited spots.
